PLEASE NOTE:-

The use of the artist name ArpChord is to represent a style of music. The creator(s) of any individual piece of music using the artist name ArpChord (jointly) hold the copyright to that music. Currently, all ArpChord music tracks available on the website www.arpchord.com are created by one person, Clifford Sparks, who thus owns the copyright to every one of these tracks.

Any turnover that is generated via the website www.arpchord.com goes to the company ArpChord Ltd, except where third-parties require a fee for providing relevant services. Such turnover may be generated by download sales, royalties, advertising, donations, merchandise or other sources.

If not via the website www.arpchord.com, any turnover generated through sales of any media, items or services, including digital content, sold with the name ArpChord appearing on such media, items or services, goes to the company ArpChord Ltd, except where third-parties require a fee for providing relevant services.

It is not permissible to create or sell any media, items or services under the name ArpChord in any manner whatsoever, without the explicit prior written permission of the executive director of ArpChord Ltd.



COPYRIGHT NOTICE FOR ARPCHORD'S MUSIC

The following applies to ArpChord's music tracks (in mp3 format):

1) ArpChord's 96kbps mp3 music tracks may be copied and distributed, including through the use of file-sharing programs. ArpChord's 96kbps mp3 music tracks must not, however, be altered in any fashion.

2) It is not permissible to sell ArpChord's 96kbps mp3 music tracks, either in digital format or in any physical medium.

3) ArpChord's 320kbps mp3 music tracks, when they become available for purchase (either directly through www.arpchord.com, or through any third-party website, or in any other manner), may be copied for personal use provided that you have in possession no more than four copies in any format at any one time. 

4) You must not allow anyone else to obtain and/or make copies of any of ArpChord's 320kbps mp3 music tracks (in part or whole). Thus, for example, use of file-sharing programs to distribute ArpChord's 320kbps mp3 music tracks is NOT permitted!

5) It is not permissible to obtain, or try to obtain, any royalty payments for the playback of ArpChord's music, or any extract of ArpChord's music, without the explicit prior written permission of the copyright holder(s).

6) If you wish to sample ArpChord's music for use in your own music, you must first obtain written permission from the copyright holder(s). ArpChord is under no obligation to agree to any such sampling. Sampling ArpChord's music for purposes other than inclusion in your own music is not permitted.

7) You MUST NOT attempt to claim to have written, or otherwise claim the copyright of, any of ArpChord's music.



This legal notice may be updated from time to time. The current legal notice overrides any previous legal notices.
